Two full versions of the same product

Same calculations, same employee identity, same history and corrections. What differs is where your data lives and how you work together.

Payroll Manager Desktop

Payroll files stay on your computer or your own network share. Prepare payroll and documents offline; go online only to talk to Revenue and MyFutureFund.

Every step has its own status

Calculated is not approved. Sent is not accepted. A bank file is not a payment. Payroll Manager shows each one separately, so nothing hides behind a green tick.

  2. CalculationCurrent RPN and versioned rules approved by a payroll expert.
  3. ApprovalThe employer approves a specific version. Any change needs approval again.
  4. Revenue & MyFutureFundSubmissions tracked until a real response arrives. Unknown is never treated as rejected.
  5. Payslips & bankClear payslips with explanations, a SEPA file, and a separate payment confirmation.

Separated by design

Each customer organisation has its own data space. Access to every employer is checked on every read, export and background job.

Short sessions

You sign in each time you open the app. Sessions end after 60 minutes and lock when you step away.

Signed rules and updates

Rule packs and app updates are signed and dated, so a payroll is never finalised on rules that are out of date.

Hosted in the EU

Cloud data and backups are stored in the European Union.

Licensing is not access

Managing your licence never gives anyone a view of salaries.
